Return Merchandise Authorization
The following steps outline West Mountain Radio's Service Return & RMA creation process. Each step must be completed to ensure that your RMA request is processed. The required form fields, indicated by red text, must be provided.
Specify the West Mountain Radio product for which you are requesting service. Complete the Service Questionaire Enter your shipping and contact information Read the terms and conditions of your specific RMA. You will receive your RMA number and specific instructions for returning your product after you complete and submit the next page. If you are not able to print the RMA instructions please write down your RMA number which you will include with your product when it is shipped to us.
Shipping Terms:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return of the defective product. West Mountain Radio will bear the cost of shipping repaired or replacement units via UPS Ground only. Expedited shipping (2 Day and Next Day) is available, but the customer bears the additional cost of expedited shipping.
