Please try to follow our manual and help files and to read the appropriate support page before contacting us by E-mail or phone. E-mails are not an efficient way to resolve a question, it may take several messages back and forth before we even figure out the nature of your problem. Telephone support is usually quicker and more direct. We have people contact us that cannot tell us what doesn't work, or what problem they have interpreting our manual or help files. Please figure out exactly what the problem is before you call or contact us.
