DC Power Products

West Mountain Radio offers a variety of power management devices to protect both the radio equipment and the power systems they are connected to. These devices provide both battery charge management and load management features. They are for public safety, commercial, marine and amateur radio applications. All products designed and tested by Ham radio operators.

Product		Description
Super PWRgate PG40S		A Super PWRgate is a 12 V uninterruptible power system that can supply up to 40 A continuously from either a Power Supply or a Battery with very low loss, and can also charge the battery with its high performance charger.
PWRguard Plus		PWRguard Plus protects your radio, power supply and battery from damage. If your power supply loses regulation and the output voltage goes over 15 V, PWRguard Plus shuts off to protect the radio and power supply. It can also be used for remote or sensor shut off.
ISOpwr		ISOpwr connects an aux battery to a vehicle battery. While the alternator is running, both batteries charge; otherwise, only the aux battery is used for your radio.
PWRcheck		Measures 0V to 60V DC, up to 40A continuous duty in both directions. Multiple graphical displays, including amp-hours and noise. Internal logging and USB PC interface.
DC-to-GO - Battery Box with RIGrunner		Ready to use DC power distribution boxes. Available in different sizes and power distribution systems.
Powerwerx 30 Amp Desktop Switching Power Supply with Powerpoles		This small but powerful power supply is designed to supply 25 A continuous and 30 A surge (for up to 5 minutes) at 14.1 VDC. Loads can be connected to either the rear binding posts or the front Powerpole® connectors.
Crimp Tool & Accessories		High performance Custom Powerpole® crimp tool for a reasonable price. Aerospace quality crimps. More reliable, lower resistance and much easier than soldering.
Batteries		West Mountain Radio now carries sealed lead acid batteries in both gelled electrolyte and AGM (absorbed glass mat) types. These are designed to be safe for indoor use without special protection or ventilation and are maintenance free.
Powerpole® Connectors		Powerpole® Connectors allow for minimal contact resistance at high current and easy polarity identification.
Zip Cord		High current, low voltage DC power cable. Easy to identify polarity for DC applications.
PWRbrite LED Light Strip		The PWRbrite is a low current, high output LED light designed to be mounted to any flat surface. The self-adhesive, snap-in mounting clips allow for easy installation. Brightness is not affected by supply voltage changes.
